TASTING NOTES –
Ruby red, on the nose there are hints of
violet and fresh red fruit. Quite structured taste
with notes of small red fruits and spicy and floral hints
hat end in a warm and enveloping finish.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS –
Excellent to combine with any meal it goes very well
with cooking based on
chicken, rabbit and lamb.
