VINIFICATION PROCESS –
Short cold maceration followed by fermentation
in steel at a controlled temperature.
MATURATION PROCESS –
5 months in stainless steel tanks
6 months in bottle.
ALCOHOL CONTENT – 14% Vol.
TASTING NOTES –
Intense cherry pink, aromas of violets and wild berries.
On the palate, hints of wild strawberry and pomegranate.
Intense and enveloping, it starts with a long and
delicate finish carried by a slight acidity.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS –
Thanks to its softness and pleasant acidity,
it is suitable for pairing with
tomato-based first courses and fish soups. Also ideal to be enjoyed in combination with
white meat dishes,
shellfish or medium-aged cheeses.
